While MySpace and MTV hold presidential candidate talks, GeniusRocket is letting you help the candidates compete against each other. GeniusRocket, the recently launched marketplace for UGC advertising, is sponsoring a presidential primary for finding the best campaign ads. Users are invited to create positive campaign ads for an individual presidential candidate.

Each 30 second ad must include an affirmative statement of support, which often takes creativity in and of itself. The GeniusRocket community will vote on the best ads, which are also representing each candidate. So Clinton ads will compete against Giulliani ads, etc. With hopes of gaining ads for each candidate, there will essentially be 17 contests going on at once. The winner for each group (candidate) gets $1,000 cash prize.
