Well, Yahoo has lost another executive. This time, it’s Jacki Kelley, who was the Vice President of Sales Strategy at Yahoo. It looks like she’s been poached by Wenda Harris Millard, who left Yahoo earlier this year for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO), with a less smooth transition.

At MSLO, Kelley will be the Executive Vice President of media sales, overseeing all digital, magazine and broadcasting sales. A noted perk with her new position is that Kelley will be in New York on a full-time basis. As it’s been reported that Kelley was beginning to tire of travel between NYC and Sunnyvale, CA, it would be a luring factor for Kelley’s ultimate decision to leave Yahoo.

The company that’s been undergoing some major changes in the past year is feeling the brunt of its reformation with the loss of other execs, including Lloyd Braun and Cammie Dunaway. Looks like Yahoo’s taking on the guise of a rather unstable corporation, regardless of Yang’s return and long list of modifications for the company. With so many execs leaving, many for smaller companies with their apparent long-term hopes of stability and success, they may be more appealing than Yahoo, which seems to b lacking in the innovation department as of late.
