Huddle.net, the corporate collaboration tool (think social network for your project or company) has announced a new round of funding this morning.

Instead of being focused on capturing the social networking market, they’ve worked on the utility of social collaboration, a strategy that appears to be paying off, to the tune of $4 Million in Series A funding.  The roster of Huddle clients isn’t just other Web 2.0 experimenters, either.  Edelmen, Jazeera Airways, Reuters and UNICEF are amongst the companies claimed users.Eden Ventures led the funding round, which is meant to help support the expansion of the management team and marketing.
