NY Tech Meetup at IAC Headquarters with Special Guests - SendMeRSS

Last night was a drastic change from the usual NY Tech Meetup monthly meeting. Usually, On the 1st Tuesday each month, 6 people get 5 minutes each to demo something cool to New York’s tech community.
Tonight the monthly meetup was held within the entrance corridor of the IAC headquarters in Manhattan, with the 110 foot projection screen as our visual aid provider. Peter Horan, Chief Executive Officer of IAC Media & Advertising opened up the Meetup with a brief introduction of IAC, however, after being pushed to stay and answer one question, the one question asked was how will LendingTree survive the IAC 5 way split? Peter's answer was quite thought provoking in that since he survived the web 1.0 "nuclear holocaust" he knows that there will be "shit times" and the lending crisis won't last forever and it will weed out the competitors. LendingTree will come back stronger than ever.
